    Jason Maxwell correctly pointed out that Andre Akpan was signed to a MLS contract prior to the draft, so he’s probably not getting cut.

    The Rapids just announced the following moves; signed Ian Joyce (Goalkeeper), released Facundo Diz and did not offer a contract to draft pick defender Chad Borak

    Especially noting that the Red Bulls now aren’t the hapless losers of last year. DC might be the hapless losers of 2010.

    Andre’s played five games with Tampa Bay averaging about 30 minutes a game. Three shots and no goals.

    You would think playing two defensive minded midfielder players, Pablo and JL, would give the other midfielders a little more creative freedom. Does Ballouchy have more defensive ability than Lopez?
